The challenge
A national postal service is judged on whether people can complete a task — renew a box, track a parcel, use a new digital service — not on how it presents itself.
The insight
Every question the audience asks is procedural. The brand's job on social is to be the clearest set of instructions in the feed.
The strategy
Turn transactions into steps. Each service became a numbered, Arabic-first explainer that could be read once and acted on, with deadlines and renewals communicated as prompts rather than announcements.
A quiet system — one navy, one blue, consistent iconography — so instruction content stays legible next to campaign content in the same feed.
