The challenge

A new rental location is an operational announcement. Posted as one piece of news it earns a shrug, and the travellers who need it are not looking for it that day.

The insight

People do not follow a rental brand for news. They follow the moment before a trip — the bag, the gate, the pick-up desk.

The strategy

Serialise the announcement. A run of posts in a single yellow, each one a step closer to the reveal, built on two recurring characters: the suitcase and the car.

Illustrated line work for the airport journey — terminal, travelator, gate — kept the sequence recognisable at thumbnail size and let the reveal land as a payoff rather than a press release.
